Added some pictures from our recent trip to Peru.

After a long days walk we arrived at Machu Picchu. It was late in the day so the place was deserted, other than our guide who we had sent ahead to lie in front of the bus so that it wouldn't leave without us!

We were very lucky to get a close-up look at a Sloth, including its baby clinging tightly to its mother! We rescued this amazing creature from a tree which was soon to be washed away by the Amazon river.
January '06 Mick & Renee spent 10 amazing days in Peru. We visited both Iquitos to see the Amazon and Cusco to see Machu Picchu. Wow! Peru will be a future destination too as there are many more things to see.
